This article will explain, what to do in the instance that your integrated EFTPOS is not operational and how to process the transaction via Waitermate.
1) In the payment screen, press the "Offline EFTPOS" button
Please note: that if a staff member does not see this button, that means that their Permission Level does not have access, to give them access please refer to the following guide: Managing Permission Groups
2) Then press "Save" at the bottom right-hand corner to finalise the transaction.
