Summary
WaiterMate allows you to add new and existing customers to an order. Once you add in new customers, the system will save all the customer information such as; Name, Number and Home Address into your Customer Database. Adding customers to orders allow them to accumulate loyalty points too. For more information on Loyalty Points, please click here.

Step 1 - Adding a Customer in WaiterMate
The system lets you add a customer to an order quickly via the 'Quick Sale' tab.
1. Login using the usual login method
2. In the 'Quick Sale' tab select 'Customer' on the bottom right.
3. Type in the customer details such as First Name, Last Name, Phone Number.
4. Select 'Add Customer' on the bottom right.
5. Enter in more customer details such as Anniversary dates, Email Address.
6. Select 'Ok' to add the customer.
Step 2 - Adding a Customer in 'System Admin'
1. Login using the usual login method
2. Select 'System Admin'.
3. Under 'Customers' tab, select 'Add Customer'
4. Enter in customer details.
5. Select 'Ok' to add the customer.
Step 3 - Adding a Customer in 'Account Admin'
1. Login using the usual login method.
2. Select 'Account Admin'.
3. Under 'Customers' tab, select 'Add Customer'
4. Enter in customer details.
5. Select 'Ok' to add the customer.
