'Timesheets' is a feature in OfficeMate that allows users to record time and attendance for the purpose of payroll. This feature is used in conjunction with the Clock On/Off feature in WaiterMate.
Each staff member would create their own Timesheet by clocking on and off in WaiterMate. To do this they would need to log in to WaiterMate with a unique pin.
Clocking On or Off in WaiterMate
Step 1 - The user should Log in to WaiterMate using their pin number and then choose the 'System' or 'System Admin' icon from the bottom right hand corner of any screen.
Step 2 - Select the 'Clock On/Off' icon, which can be found in the middle towards the top of the screen.
Step 3 - In the next screen, select the 'Clock On' button on the left hand side of the screen.
Step 4 - Once selected a the following message will be displayed "You have been clocked on, [User name]". Press Ok to proceed.
Step 5 - On the right hand side of the screen a line of text appear with the department and the time that the current user is logged in. To exit this screen select the back arrow located on the bottom left hand corner twice.
Step 5 - To clock of follow steps 1-4.
Viewing Timesheets in WaiterMate
Each staff member can view and / or print their own timesheet in WaiterMate from the clocking on / off screen.
Step 6 - At the bottom of the Clock On/Off screen there is the option to print out a docket with the times worked for the Current Week and Last Week.
